With Charity Dakin

A fantastic workshop offering as we gear up for spring! This workshop is ideal for anyone who wants to learn how to paint birds with watercolour, create or keep a bird journal, or bring more realism to their subject with this beautiful and vibrant medium. Lessons include observation, basic bird anatomy and structure, sketching techniques, and finally adding details using a variety of watercolour techniques to bring your subject to life. Hands-on techniques and exercises as well as demonstrations and one-on-one instruction will provide you with the better understanding and the skills to help you move forward in your artistic journey.

Basic watercolour skills are recommended.

Course fees cover instruction only (9am - 4 pm, one hour lunch break).

Supplies are not included, and will not be available for purchase. Participants must come equipped with all their own supplies. See Supply List for details.
